At Wick Whisperer, each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured to create a luxurious scent experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist.

Returns
Unused and unburned candles may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
